WHAT IS A THEOCRACY?
The literal meaning of a Theocracy is "rule by GOD', a term applied to any State the government of which, is devoted primarily to the achievement of religious ends or is markedly subject to an organized Priesthood. The term includes forms in which a supernatural being is conceived directly to exercise sovereign power, as well as those in which divine power is wielded through human intermediaries. Common Oriental monarchies, theocratic characteristics were displayed in the Papal States, in Calvinist Geneva, and in America's Puritan Massachusetts, Mormon Utah, and Paraguay.
A Christian Theocracy therefore would be one that is more specific to being governed by the LORD JESUS CHRIST, as that Supreme Being and GOD over all.
A Theocracy in general, is not so distant in the past that they do not exist any more, in fact we have some very contemporary Theocracies that are extant to this day from the past. Take for example the Vatican of Rome, Italy; where the Pope resides. This by all practical means is suppose to represent a Theocracy. Most recently the new Government of Iraq was formed and a new Constitution written. Believe it or not the newly formed government believes it is a Theocracy. As are many of the Governments of the muslim Arab world.

Although there are various different types of Theocracies and many forms of governments that are created to this end; I specifically want to express my belief in a CHRISTIAN THEOCRACY; one that is governed specifically by the LORD JESUS CHRIST as it's Head. But is not a Catholic Theocracy or a Muslim Theocracy. While I do not believe in Catholicism, I do believe very firmly in the LORD JESUS CHRIST. And I am a confirmed African American male Christian not a confirmed catholic or a muslim. And do not recognize Catholicismor Islam as one and the same.

I believe that a Christian Theocracy trumps a Republic or a Democracy by its nature, purpose and form of intent.
A Christian Theocracy would therefore have as it's primary form of law the Holy Bible, and the Commandments of the LORD JESUS CHRIST, formed over and above a Republic.

A functional Constitution with adherents to a just Christian doctrine, but far removed from racism, catholicism and atheism. I still believe in my country simultaneous to believing in a Christian Theocracy and have had to pledge allegiance to it (as is specified in our American pledge of allegiance) " One nation under GOD" and the Republic for which it stands.

The LORD JESUS CHRIST himself was confronted with this issue of pledging to Government, when the Pharisees brought to him a coin and he asked "who's subscription is on the coin" they say to him Caesar's he said to them then "render unto Caesar the things that be Caesar's and the things that are GOD's to GOD"
In our LORD'S prayer we are taught " OUR FATHER WHO ART IN HEAVEN, HALLOWED BE THY NAME, THY KINGDOM COME, THY WILL BE DONE, ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN".

Notice if you will in this teaching from our LORD and Savior JESUS CHRIST in this HOLY BIBLE scripture, that the concept of a Christian Theocracy is somehow, implicated and justly referred to.
One where the will of the LORD is to be done on earth: This would mean that the commandments of the LORD would have to be written into the Laws of our Legal Systems, the Constitutions, the State Regulations, our Municipal Codes the Ordinances and all the Statutes of any functioning governments.
A Christian Theocracy is therefore not something that is irrational or out of order in modern traditions and cultures, and should be a forthright just Government over a just society.
The founding fathers of the Constitution of the United States of America, probably feared the form of government that had been established under that of England's supposed Theocracy, who's end result came to punish and persecute devout Christians. Many of which fled to the colonies that later declared their independence, and became transformed into the United States of America as we know it today.

They had then made an attempt to establish a government that would not allow this kind of persecution to continue. And therefore came the original intent of the idea and concept of a "separation of Church and State".
It should also be pointed out that the end result, that created the Constitution of the United States of America and it's Bill of Rights did not terminate the persecution of devout Christians, as was it's supposed intent.
Devout African American Christian men have lead a long term Civil Rights struggle without the benefit of rightful due process of the Law, it's written legal Order, or any "Bill of Rights", beginning with such notable Christian Leaders as Fredrick Douglas one of America's first civil rights authors, and an abolitionists' to slavery, W. E. B Dubois, founder of the NAACP, who was exiled to Ghana Africa where he later died on the same day of the famous "I Have a Dream" speech, all the way to Rev. Dr.Martin Luther King Jr.; who was assassinated, immediately, after merely mentioning his intent to run for the office of President of the United States of America.

All confirmed Christians who were persecuted much like the Pilgrims were, that sought refuge from a then, evil British Government, under a supposed theocratic king.
Although the United States of America has finally arrived to the day it has elected it's first African American male President, after a long hard fought civil rights victory, there is still a high demand for Moral law, such as those that are mandated under a Christian Theocracy.
Laws related to Divorce and remarriage, Abortion,pornography, gambling, homosexuality and many others, all of which are entirely forbidden under the true doctrine of Christ, and would therefore be forbidden under a true Christian Theocracy.
